  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
