Job Description
- Assist in managing online service orders and client communications.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Contribute to improving service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools
