Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

  •  Produce digital, print, and motion assets that align with campaign briefs and brand standards.
  • Support in creating content for social media, e-commerce, and internal brand platforms.
  • Apply AI tools to explore creative options, accelerate workflows, and enhance design output

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work with senior designers and other creatives to refine layouts, motion graphics, and video edits.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual solutions.
  • Support pitch materials, decks, and presentation design for client meetings.

Process & Growth

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in file organization, brand assets, and project timelines. 
  • Stay updated on design trends, motion techniques, and AI-driven creative innovations.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and feedback sessions to build your skill set.


Work Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in HR roles such as Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Performance Management, or similar functions

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating learning sessions in a corporate or agency environment, with the ability to tailor content for creative teams and digital professionals.

• Experience coordinating or managing performance evaluation cycles, including scheduling, communication, tracking, and documentation.

• Experience developing learning content or digital training modules, particularly for hybrid, digital-first, or creative workforces.

• Familiarity with setting and aligning KRAs, KPIs, or goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs or SMART goals.

• Hands-on experience using project management or HR operations tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or LMS platforms) to manage training programs and performance review cycles.

• Ability to analyze performance data and generate insights or reports for HR and leadership review.

• Familiarity with HRIS or L&D systems is an advantage.

• Previous experience working in hybrid or digital-first organizations is preferred.


Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for creating reports, presentations, and documentation

• Working knowledge of tools used to design and manage training materials, such as Canva, Articulate, Notion, Google Workspace, or any Learning Management System (LMS)

• Familiarity with online training and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS platforms like Moodle or TalentLMS.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills relevant to tracking learning progress and performance outcomes.

• Basic understanding of performance management processes and tools, including PIPs and employee development plans.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in facilitating feedback conversations and coaching discussions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee records and performance data.


Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Valued)

• Professional certification in Training & Development, Coaching, or Performance Management.

• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, microlearning principles, or adult learning theory.

• Familiarity with performance tools or platforms.

• Knowledge of behavioral frameworks and tools (e.g., 9-box grid, competency models, StrengthsFinder, etc.).

• Exposure to psychological or motivational models that support performance coaching (e.g., Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom).
