• Content Creation for Beauty Campaigns: Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, product videos, and digital ads that highlight our perfume, beauty, and hair products.

• Video Production & Editing: Shoot and edit product launch videos, tutorials, short form videos and behind-the-scenes content that engage customers and showcase the brand’s essence and product benefits.

• Social Media Visuals: Create dynamic and aesthetically pleasing visuals, animations, and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.

• Brand Storytelling: Use visual storytelling techniques to reflect the brand’s identity and values through digital artwork, motion graphics, and interactive content.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with E-Commerce team, brand managers, and product development teams to ensure all creative content aligns with campaign goals and target audience preferences.

• Live Streaming Support: Assist with setting up and configuring live streaming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio. Ensure high-quality broadcasts by troubleshooting issues in real time. Operate streaming software and hardware during events and collaborate with the E-Commerce team and Marketing team to enhance the overall experience.

• Trend Integration: Stay current with beauty, fragrance, and fashion industry trends, applying them to multimedia content creation and campaign strategy.

• 3D Modeling & Animation for Products: Utilize 3D modeling and animation tools to create visualizations of new products, virtual try-ons, or animated displays for digital marketing.

• Photography & Retouching: Participate and oversee product photography sessions and apply post-production skills, including image retouching and enhancing, to deliver polished content.

• Cross-platform Adaptation: Ensure multimedia assets are optimized for various channels, including websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps.

• Storyboarding & Concept Development: Develop storyboards and concepts for beauty campaigns, video ads, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Additional tasks that may be given by the supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design/editing tools.
• Knowledge of live streaming platforms (Shopee Live, TikTok Live) and streaming software (OBS Studio).
• Can produce 5-8 short form videos per day.
• Proficient in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Past working experience in an e-commerce industry is a must.
