We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and Service Technician (MST) to perform a wide range of repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The MST will be responsible for ensuring equipment and building systems are functioning safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standards and regulations.

• Must be a holder of NC II or relevant technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
• Proven experience in general maintenance or a technical service role (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC technician).
• Good understanding of building systems and facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.
