Maintenance and Repair

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions across various systems, identifying root causes and implementing necessary repairs. 
• Replace worn or damaged components within systems as required. 
• Perform minor repairs on building structures and finishes as needed. 

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and appliance repair. 
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe fitting, leak detection, and fixture repair. 
• Familiarity with HVAC principles, including system operation, refrigerant management, and component replacement. 
• Mechanical aptitude for identifying and fixing issues with machinery and equipment. 

• At least High School graduate
• Wit at least 1 year of work experience in the same role
• With NCII is a plus
