• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and at events
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models
• Provide detailed product information and financing options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bristol Motorcycle products and promotions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up post-sale
• Assist in showroom maintenance and inventory management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for motorcycles and riding culture
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, inventory tools)
