Parabroker – Mortgage Broking Support

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Parabroker to streamline our loan processing from onboarding to settlement.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Follow up on documents, set up folders, complete checklists, and prep for strategy sessions
• Credit Analysis: Research policies, liaise with BDMs, assess serviceability, structure loans, and compare lenders
• Lodgement & Compliance: Prepare broker notes, manage e-signing, and ensure lender requirements are met
• MIR Handling: Minimize and action MIRs with strategic documentation and clear client communication
• Settlement Coordination: Liaise with solicitors, insurance brokers, and clients to finalize settlements
• Workflow & Data Management: Maintain CRM workflows, spreadsheets, and contribute to process improvements

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years parabroking experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Deep understanding of mortgage lending and compliance
• Proficient in MYCRM, Quickli, PropertyHub, and document handling
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
