DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:

• Responsible for delivering documents, packages, and important correspondence to various departments, clients, and partners in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage a delivery schedule to ensure items are delivered promptly, meeting specified deadlines and prioritizing urgent deliveries as required.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with colleagues, clients, and partners during delivery interactions. Provide updates on delivery status when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, including dates, times, recipients, and any special instructions provided.
• If applicable, ensure the company vehicle used for deliveries is well-maintained, clean, and in proper working condition. Report any issues to the appropriate department.
• Professionalism: Present a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company during deliveries. Adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
• Handle sensitive documents and packages with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Address any delivery-related issues or challenges that arise, such as incorrect addresses or delivery obstacles, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with Accounting staff to manage delivery requests efficiently and ensure seamless communication between departments.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving and during delivery activities to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School graduate.
• Professional Driver's License
• Advantage: previous experience in a messenger or delivery role in accounting department.
• Preferably has a basic knowledge in bank transactions.
• Familiar with roads around Metro Manila and basic knowledge in navigation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
