Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk operations, MS Office, and English. Strong data analysis, time management, scheduling, data entry, and written communication skills essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, moderate physical activity required, and flexible hours may be necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
