Responsibilities 

• Develop merchandising strategies that align with customer expectations and company goals. 
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to plan product ranges and inventory. 
• Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and store managers to ensure product availability. 
• Manage inventory to prevent stockouts and excess stock. 
• Align promotional and marketing strategies with company objectives. 
• Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers to drive sales and optimize product display. 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager or in a similar role. 
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. 
• Expertise in product selection, pricing, and understanding customer buying patterns. 
• Proficient in MS Office and Merchandise Management Systems. 
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
• Willing to do field works
