The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the paint shop’s products are well-presented, fully stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience. This role involves inventory management, product display creation, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales through effective merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about paint products, tools, and color selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, attractive, and organized product displays.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory, including rotation and reporting low stock.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and promotional setups.
• Assist customers in locating products and understanding basic paint options.
• Support receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures when handling paint and equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least 5’4 in height
• At least College Level or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without experience in sales
• Preferably residing near the work location
• No visible tattoo
