Description
- Prospect and onboard at least 10 new corporate accounts per week (minimum 10 employees per account).
- Daily outreach: AM – corporate email campaigns; PM – community visits (businesses in Poblacion, hotels, wellness partners).
- Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into active memberships.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporate HR, hotels, fitness/wellness groups, and local businesses.
- Conduct on-site activations, wellness demos, and collaborations to expand membership reach.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Preferably with a background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Driven, results-oriented, and thrives in hitting aggressive targets.
- Can work Monday to Friday (field + office).
- Base Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based commissions for new memberships and corporate accounts closed.
