- Conduct laboratory tests to analyze samples (blood, urine, etc.).
- Ensure accurate results by following protocols and quality control measures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Document findings and report results timely to healthcare providers.
- Adhere to safety regulations and lab protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong medical knowledge; excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Lab environment, adherence to safety protocols required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator.
