Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory - Manila & Marikina Branch is now hiring for the Medical Technologist position!

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, or Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science.
• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist with a valid license from the professional board.
• Knowledgeable/Proficient in performing laboratory tests in areas such as Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Immunology, Clinical Microscopy
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with laboratory equipments and standard operating procedures. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple task.
• Exhibit good and proper patient care. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferably with experience.
• Drug Test Analyst Certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Immunology, and Clinical Microscopy with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and protocols.
• Provide proper patient care during specimen collection and testing procedures.
• Document and report test results accurately and timely.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure.
• Maintain knowledge of current laboratory practices and procedures.
