Description

The Media Planner & Buyer Specialist will drive the execution and optimization of digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Key duties include A/B testing, managing cross-functional relationships, and delivering strategic insights. This role is focused on achieving KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR, while staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, and media buying.


  • Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages, using KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and CPA to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage vendor relationships for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and digital marketing shifts.
  • Ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Implement data-driven testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to client presentations and reports.
  • Proactively suggest new tools, platforms, or strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning, performance marketing, and media buying.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
