Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving social impact through creative and data-driven communication? AHA! Behavioral Design is looking for a Social & Behavior Change (SBC) Campaigns Manager to lead our high-impact campaigns focused on changing lives through behavior-first strategies.


This senior-level role combines strategic leadership, program oversight, client engagement, and multidisciplinary team management. You’ll work directly with our Executive and Management Committees to design and implement SBC initiatives that are innovative, grounded, and measurable.


1. Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SBC programs, ensuring excellence in execution
  • Make strategic decisions on program direction and creative intervention design
  • Represent SBC programs to clients, funders, and stakeholders

2. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (program managers, creatives, researchers, community workers)
  • Promote a collaborative and evidence-based work culture
  • Ensure resource and workload efficiency

3. Strategy & Content Direction

  • Guide campaign frameworks, messaging, and integrated communication plans
  • Translate insights into compelling behavior-change strategies
  • Work closely with experts to innovate grounded interventions

4. Financial Oversight

  • Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Track project revenue and account expansion opportunities

5. Client & Business Growth

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Development Communication, PR, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in brand/marketing management or strategic communication
  • Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills
  • Experience with CSR, donor-funded, or development programs is a strong plus
  • High attention to detail, solution orientation, and project management proficiency
