Job Summary:

- Responsible for the implementation and improvement of production processes in order to meet product quality standards and production efficiency by developing safe and cost effective procedures.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports key Equipment and Tooling condition on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform and presents improvement activities pertaining to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Cost Savings.
• Leads Department 5s activities
• Keeps Product Standard (Machine Parameter, Cycle Time and Production Weight)
• Participates in Weekly Production Meeting
• Adheres to and complies with all the HR policies of the Company.
• Performs additional or special assignment that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualification :

• Graduate of BS Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering courses or any related engineering courses
• With or without related experience , fresh graduate can be considered
• Good communication skills, computer literate.
