Description
- Assist in managing engineering projects related to food manufacturing processes.
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies for equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing performance and reliability.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in engineering management within food manufacturing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, BMS, CMMS, and HVAC systems
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to oversee maintenance operations and strategy development
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
