Recruitment of Foreign Teachers for Singapore Math

Native or near-native English proficiency with standard pronunciation and fluent expression; proficient in the Singapore Math curriculum and the CPA teaching method; skilled at using bar models to solve application problems; capable of designing engaging online courses for students aged 7–14 (covering number sense, operations, geometry, application problems, etc.); expert in visualized teaching to guide students in understanding the essence of mathematics.

• Design teaching content in accordance with the Singapore Mathematics Curriculum Framework (including the CPA teaching approach);
• Develop personalized tutoring plans based on students’ learning progress to enhance their problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities;
• Regularly grade assignments, provide feedback on learning progress, and maintain effective communication with students and parents;
• Maintain a stable schedule, allowing for long-term online English instruction;
• Exhibit strong time management skills, with a gentle and patient demeanor;
• Demonstrate standard, accent-free English pronunciation.
