1 Course Design and Teaching

• Develop and deliver math materialstailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives.
• Effectively manage and motivate students to their full potential.
• Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development.

2 Academic Support

• Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses.
• Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or related fields; teaching certifications (e.g., MOE registered teacher) are an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience; prior experience with international curricula is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese is required
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and adapt to different learners’ needs.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Passion for education with a high sense of responsibility and patience.
