Description
- Provide therapeutic massage sessions tailored to client needs.
- Must have an experience for Hotel Spa and Luxury Spa is required.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay updated on massage techniques and wellness trends.
- Promote overall health and relaxation through effective communication.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, but relevant certifications and training are preferred.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in massage therapy is necessary for this role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in NCII PASSER, strong communication skills, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Work in a spa or wellness center, often involving flexible hours and physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.
