Description

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies based on business objectives and target market needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve brand positioning, product awareness, and customer loyalty.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital marketing, print, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop engaging, targeted marketing materials.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, finance, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing services (e.g., graphic design, PR, digital advertising).

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Regularly present marketing performance reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

Brand Development:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.


Requirements

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (preferred but not required).
  1. Experience:
  • X+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Experience in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.).
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative teams).
  1. Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Marketing technology proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation software, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Digital marketing expertise: Experience with SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to think both creatively and analytically to create data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Content creation & management: Knowledge of content development for blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, working efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Branding & positioning: Experience in developing brand strategies and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to clearly present ideas, strategies, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Team collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Creative storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

  • High attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis.

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets, prioritize spending, and optimize resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  1. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, retail) depending on the company’s market.
