Position Overview

You will be responsible for building and managing a business development team of 5–6 members. This is a hands-on management role that requires both personally driving core partnerships and overseeing team training, as well as establishing scalable and replicable processes for KOL/affiliate outreach and partner management.

You will work closely with headquarters to align growth objectives, establish the relevant documentation framework, and guide team members toward clear, quantifiable performance targets.


Responsibilities

1. Recruit and manage a high-execution, high-output BD team

2. Define daily/weekly KPIs, track the team’s lead pipeline, and ensure regular data reporting

3. Develop training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering KOL outreach, partnership negotiations, and campaign management

4. Personally secure high-priority partnerships and deliver the team’s initial successful cases

5. Provide ongoing coaching and structured feedback through weekly reviews and mock pitches

6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize regional marketing activities

7. Monitor partnership and campaign performance data and continuously optimize lead generation and partnership structures based on ROI


Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of business development experience with verifiable growth results

2. At least 1 year of team management or mentorship experience

3. Familiarity with affiliate marketing/rebate systems of cryptocurrency exchanges

4. Fluent in Mandarin with professional-level English communication skills

5. Ability to build systems from the ground up and lead the team by example

6. Excellent communication, follow-up, and data reporting skills

7. Experience building or managing KOL/affiliate partnership pipelines is a plus
