We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital marketing, brand positioning, content creation, analytics, and project management. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through well-crafted marketing initiatives. This position is open to contractual, freelance, and project-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, events).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Development of strategic marketing plans and annual budgets.
• Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Generate leads and drive sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
• Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
