Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for loan products and financial services
• Support branch marketing activities, including promotions, events, and client outreach
• Coordinate with branches, loan officers, and partners for marketing initiatives
• Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, social media content, and presentations
• Maintain and update marketing databases, client lists, and promotional records
• Monitor and report marketing activity results and customer feedback
• Assist in social media management and online marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing documentation and reporting
• Provide support during company events, roadshows, and promotional activiti

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course
• At least 1 year of marketing or sales support experience (experience in finance or lending is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and digital marketing plat
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to do fieldwork and branch coordination when needed
