- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing strategies, sales techniques, business development, and effective research methodologies. Strong customer service and time management abilities are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Must be a team player with a proactive approach.
