Company Background:
Lumora Capital is a newly established investment and lending firm, focused on real estate–backed bridging finance in the ₤50–100 million space. The firm is positioned to serve institutional and professional investors with a disciplined, sophisticated approach to structured property lending.
The brand’s foundations — including a brandbook, visual identity, and placeholder website — are in place. Lumora now requires comprehensive marketing and design support to develop polished, professional, and consistent materials across digital, social, and event touchpoints.
The creative partner will play a critical role in translating Lumora’s brand into a full set of market-ready tools for communication, marketing, and growth.
Objectives:
- Build a cohesive suite of marketing materials that reinforce Lumora’s credibility and market positioning.
- Develop and manage Lumora’s digital presence across the website, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create reusable, brand-consistent Google Workspace templates and visual assets.
- Support event marketing planning and execution for UK-based industry participation.
- Implement both SEO and AI-driven visibility enhancement strategies to optimize Lumora’s digital footprint.
Scope of Work / Deliverables
A. Brand & Design System Enhancement
- Review and refine the existing brandbook, ensuring application consistency across print, digital, and social formats.
- Expand the visual identity with secondary elements (data visuals, patterns, or imagery filters) suitable for investment and real estate lending.
- Define an imagery style reflective of Lumora’s market — architecture, scale, urban sophistication, and financial precision.
- Provide a style and usage guide to support internal teams.
B. Templates & Collateral (Google Workspace)
- Google Slides master deck templates:
- Investor presentations
- Lending proposals and portfolio overviews
- Event presentations
- Google Docs templates:
- Investment memos, case studies, and reports
- Proposal and deal summary templates
- Letter and summary document layouts
- Google Sheets:
- Styled tables and charts for client-facing documents
- Branded reporting layouts for returns and performance summaries
- Branded document covers for PDFs and client packs.
C. Digital & Social Media Assets
- LinkedIn company page setup & enhancement:
- Optimized page imagery, banner, and logo
- Custom post templates for firm news, deal announcements, thought leadership, and event promotion
- Launch and awareness campaign assets:
- Visuals and copy for LinkedIn campaigns
- Optional: short-form animation or intro video for brand storytelling
- Ongoing social asset design (for events, updates, insights).
D. Website Expansion
- Build out the placeholder website into a full brochure site (5–7 pages), reflecting Lumora’s positioning as a real estate–backed bridging lender:
- Home – Overview of Lumora’s proposition and differentiators
- About – Team, values, and institutional approach
- Lending Strategy – Structure, scale, and asset types
- Track Record / Case Studies – Example deals or structures
- Insights – For thought leadership and updates
- Contact / Enquiries – Lead form and contact integration
- Ensure SEO-optimized content structure and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate AI-enhanced SEO tools (e.g., for content optimization, keyword mapping, or search intent modeling).
- Use adaptable CMS platforms such as Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress, allowing internal edits post-launch.
E. Marketing & Events Support
- Develop an event marketing plan for Lumora’s participation in key UK real estate, lending, and investment conferences.
- Propose Lumora-hosted event concepts (e.g., investor roundtables, market briefings, or partner dinners).
- Create event branding kits (invitations, slides, banners, and printed materials).
- Coordinate or support digital lead capture and post-event content (recaps, insights, or media posts).
- Plan AI-driven marketing automation — e.g., content optimization, scheduling, and campaign performance tracking.
Job Qualifications:
- Based in the Philippines (preferred) with experience working for UK or global financial clients.
- Proven portfolio in finance, real estate, or institutional branding.
- Competence with Google Workspace, Figma, Adobe, and Canva.
- Ability to work with AI-enabled tools for SEO, content, and social optimization.
- Strong understanding of UK financial communication norms and design restraint.
- Capacity to deliver to a high institutional standard with minimal supervision.
- Must use own licensed design and content tools, including access to premium imagery and font libraries.
