About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will lead project planning and coordination across internal marketing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organizational excellence, and outstanding communication skills to manage global stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, maintaining strong and professional communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct discovery and follow-up calls to identify client needs, define objectives, and provide strategic updates.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams (content, design, social media, and digital marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management or client-facing marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing international client accounts, preferably in the US market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional and engaging approach.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven capability to lead and collaborate effectively with remote and multicultural teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with remote, multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Prior experience in an agency or client-facing environment.
