What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, taking detailed meeting notes, and following up with clients on outstanding deliverables.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers to define client deliverables and develop detailed project plans using a tool called Productive, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Provide regular updates to the team on project status, track progress against milestones, and ensure all time tracking is accurate.
• Ensure monthly deliverables are met on time and within budget, consistently aligning with client needs and expectations.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines, proactively addressing any deviations to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success across multiple teams.
• Implement feedback from clients to improve processes and project outcomes, continuously striving for excellence.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform project planning and execution.
• Ensure all time tracking is up to date, and follow up with team members if time is missing, maintaining accuracy in reporting.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or digitally-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients across various teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to develop and manage detailed project plans across different teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to facilitate collaboration across teams and with clients.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems proactively, identifying risks and proposing solutions that benefit the entire team.
• Expertise in using project management tools such as Productive and Gantt charts for tracking progress and managing resources.
• Keen understanding of marketing principles and the ability to align project deliverables with client expectations.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success across multiple teams.
