Own end-to-end growth for OneMiners across China and the USA. You will architect data-driven marketing strategies, lead a small high-output team, manage PR/agency ecosystems, and scale demand generation across paid, organic, social, and partnerships. This role blends hands-on execution with leadership, leveraging AI tools for media mix modeling, creative iteration, and performance forecasting. Global travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the multi-market GTM plan; set KPIs, budget, and channel mix (Paid, SEO, Social, Content, Influencer/KOL).
• Lead, coach, and upskill a distributed team; drive weekly operating cadence.
• Own PR & communications: pitch tier-1 media, manage agencies/KOLs, secure placements.
• Stand up full-funnel demand gen with Sales; optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS.
• Deploy AI/automation for audience targeting, creative testing, attribution, and reporting.
• Build dashboards (GA4, Looker/Tableau) and run growth experiments (A/B, holdouts).
• Localize messaging for CN/US; oversee WeChat/Weibo, X, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Report to leadership with clear insights, risks, and next actions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years digital marketing; 3+ years team leadership.
• Proven wins in China and US markets; KOL/PR network a strong plus.
• Mastery of GA4, Ads Managers, CRM/automation (HubSpot/Salesforce), and BI (Looker/Tableau).
• Hands-on with SEO/ASO, paid social/search, content, and lifecycle/CRM.
• Comfortable with AI marketing tools (creative gen, MMM, predictive analytics).
• Excellent English; Mandarin a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Compensation

• Up to USD 3,000/month base (DOE) + performance incentives.
