Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement for the company’s household care product portfolio. This role covers both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including brand development, product management, promotions, pricing strategy, market research, and advertising campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Product Development teams to achieve business objectives and strengthen market presence.


  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and brand strategies for household care products, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Manage end-to-end brand and product lifecycle activities, including product launches, packaging development, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL initiatives, including advertising, trade promotions, sampling programs, merchandising activities, and community engagement events (e.g. barangayan activations).
  • Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights gathering to identify opportunities for innovation, brand positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing budgets, monitor spending, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align marketing programs with trade promotions, distribution objectives, and merchandising standards.
  • Manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution, production of marketing materials, and media placement.
  • Monitor brand health, market share, and sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations to management for growth opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team (if applicable), ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in household or home care categories.
  • Strong background in product management, trade marketing, and promotions management.
  • Experience handling grassroots marketing and on-ground activations (e.g. sampling, barangayan, community events) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer insights application.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and marketing data tools.
