Job Description:

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital, content, and lead generation channels, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.

• Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance, with the goal of increasing the incoming lead generation pipeline.

• Brainstorm and develop new, creative growth strategies.

• Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion experiments.

• Proficient in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

• Strong ability to measure and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.

• Experience in optimizing lead funnels and conversion rates.

• Skilled in building and managing social media presence across platforms.

• Ability to lead and execute content creation aligned with marketing goals.

• Experience in conversion optimization through testing and funnel improvements.

• Proficient in analyzing the customer journey across digital channels.

• Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.

• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for team and client interactions
