RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, monitors, and evaluates overall operations of the department.
• Develops marketing initiatives through events, advertising, sponsorships and the like to:
  • Reviews and analyzes necessary info (competitor activities, etc.) to determine the rationale for the preparation of promotional activities for Sales and After-Sales.
  • Create and strengthen brand awareness and loyalty both Sales and After-Sales.
  • Support sales and after sales promotion programs initiated by the department.
  • Promote products and services of the company.
• Attend to the operational and budget planning process and monitors adherence to actual spending of the department to approved budgets.
• Reports to top management on overall performance of the department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Business Management
• At least 5-10 years’ work experience in Marketing in an automotive industry
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Willingness to work in BGC Taguig City
