The Affiliate Marketing Officer develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. This role reports to the Affiliate Marketing Manager.

• Affiliate Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners. Create and manage commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions.
• Strategy & Campaigns: Execute data-driven campaigns to boost lead generation and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create necessary promotional assets for affiliates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, consistently monitor performance using affiliate tracking platforms, and prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
• Required Skills: Experience in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or handling loan consultants. Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Campaign Management: Proven track record of designing and developing strategic marketing campaigns and programs.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media channels and platforms.
• Bonus Experience: Experience with OFW communities/clients, influencers, or fintech companies is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
