The responsibilities of a Market Intelligence and Insight Manager are outlined but not limited to the following:
- Guides business and human capital management strategy through data-driven insights and competitive analysis
- Develops and implements market intelligence strategies that inform business decisions, enhance competitive positioning, and drive growth
- Analyzes market trends, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
- Conducts thorough analyses of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Develops and manages a robust data collection framework, utilizing various methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and secondary research
- Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and product development strategies
- Prepares detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations
- Establishes strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in market intelligence priorities and initiatives
- Responsible for external vendor partnership through procurement team for HCM specific projects requiring vendor scoping
- Other responsibilities include tasks and projects required by the management
Required Qualifications:
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course related to benchmarking and analytics or closely related field
- Must have at least a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in individual contributor or management role focusing on industry benchmarking and external vendor partnership
- Meet deadlines and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Capacity to think strategically about market trends and their implications for the business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Must be willing to work independently or in a team
