Requirements
- Job Title: Nail Technician/ Manicurist
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; training in nail care preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in basic nail care, nail art, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide nail treatments, maintain cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment, flexible hours, and potential for evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess artistic ability, patience, and business acumen to manage client relationships.
