Aadamo Labs is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth daily operations of our agency. This role is central to ensuring that both our team and clients are coordinated effectively, while also managing the administrative backbone of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain schedules, manage documentation, and ensure efficient systems are in place.
  • Recruiting Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for new hires across different teams.
  • Accounting & Finance: Support bookkeeping tasks, manage invoices and expense tracking, coordinate with accountants, and assist in maintaining financial records.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for client communication, schedule meetings, follow up on deliverables, and ensure smooth onboarding and support.
  • Team Coordination: Support internal team workflows, manage calendars, track deadlines, and help align cross-department collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with administrative systems and office software (Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/finance practices
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is an asset
