- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during production
- Record and report production data to supervisors
- Assist with equipment setup and changeover as needed
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with operating industrial machinery
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
