Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with hands-on experience operating Biesse, Homag, IMA, Masterwood, or SCM CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality furniture components, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role requires the ability to read and interpret furniture construction drawings and a strong understanding of woodworking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC woodworking machines (Biesse, Homag, IMA, Masterwood, SCM).
• Interpret and work from detailed furniture construction drawings, CAD/CAM files, and technical blueprints.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and troubleshooting on CNC machines as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs to keep machines in good working condition.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize workflow and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with Biesse, Homag, IMA, Masterwood, or SCM woodworking machines.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply furniture construction drawings and technical blueprints.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials, machining processes, and CNC programming.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

Preferred:

• Experience in furniture manufacturing or related woodworking industry.
