The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment. Tool and die experience is a significant plus and will support our precision-focused production environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Tool and die experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
