• Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and shipments
• Coordinate daily with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain logistics databases and tracking systems
• Support regular stocktaking activities and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
• Ensure all logistics procedures comply with company policies and safety regulations
• Prepare delivery invoices and related shipping documents
• Coordinate and schedule collection of goods with clients or transport partners
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory (preferred but not always required)
