Acquire and develop new business clients requiring commercial and business loans.
Evaluate and process loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and prepare credit analysis reports.
Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensure compliance with internal and external lending policies.
Structure loan proposals and recommend appropriate financing solutions to meet client needs.
Monitor and manage the performance of existing loan accounts, ensuring timely repayments and addressing delinquent accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Credit, and Collections, to ensure efficient loan processing and documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business loan processing, account management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and lending procedures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loans and financial services is an advantage.
