? Role Overview

As a Livestream Operator, you’ll be the technical backbone of every TikTok live selling session. From camera setup and OBS configuration to real-time scene switching and managing overlays, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly while actively supporting the host with cues, reminders, and behind-the-scenes energy.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas. You’ll be working closely with our live selling hosts and client brands to bring products to life on stream—and help turn views into conversions.

? Key Responsibilities

Livestream Setup & Technical Execution

• Set up livestream equipment: camera, ring light, microphones, tripods, lighting, and backdrop.
• Configure and operate OBS, TikTok Live Studio, Streamlabs, CapCut Live, or any other livestream tools.
• Ensure audio, lighting, camera angles, and scene transitions are optimized and polished.
• Monitor the stream for lag, frame drops, audio issues, or other technical errors—solve issues in real-time.

In-Stream Operations

• Trigger product pop-ups, overlays, scene switches, and call-to-action graphics as needed.
• Monitor and respond to live chat comments (if applicable), or coordinate with the moderator if separate.
• Coordinate with the host during the stream, reminding them of talking points, key promos, or when to cue specific callouts.
• Keep the energy behind the scenes: be the co-pilot during every stream.

Post-Stream Support

• Reset, pack up, and maintain livestream equipment.
• Flag any technical issues or improvement suggestions for the next session.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Experience using OBS, TikTok Live Studio, Streamlabs, CapCut Live, or equivalent streaming tools.
• Basic knowledge of camera/audio setups, lighting, and livestream troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with eCommerce platforms and livestream product selling mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for avoidable tech issues.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills—you’re calm under pressure and quick to adapt.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in livestreaming, production, or eComm live selling before.
