• Host engaging live streaming sessions to promote products on platforms such as Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.
• Demonstrate product features clearly, answer real-time viewer inquiries, and encourage purchases.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan livestream schedules, campaigns, and promotions.
• Maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional presence throughout the livestream.
• Monitor viewer feedback, sales performance, and continuously improve livestream effectiveness.
• Assist in basic order-taking, invoicing, and post-livestream customer follow-up when needed.
• Ensure livestream setup (lighting, product prep, camera) is ready before each session.
