The Live Seller is responsible for hosting live selling sessions on social media platforms (such as Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram) to promote and sell products directly to consumers in real time. This role requires strong communication skills, high energy, product knowledge, and the ability to engage and convert audiences into customers.

• Host regular live selling sessions, showcasing products, explaining features, and answering viewer questions.
• Create engaging and persuasive product presentations to drive sales.
• Build rapport with the online audience to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Monitor comments and interactions during live sessions and respond in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and promotions are accurately communicated.
• Set up and organize products before each live session.
• Assist in creating live session schedules and promotional strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of orders received during live sessions for order fulfillment teams.
• Track sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
• Ensure that brand voice and image are consistently maintained during all live sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience as a live seller, sales associate, brand ambassador, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong speaking and presentation skills.
• Charismatic, energetic, and confident on camera.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live-streaming tools.
• Knowledge of the products being sold (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
