Description

  • Provide pharmaceutical care by evaluating medication therapy and ensuring safe, effective use of medications.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient health and medication efficacy, adjusting therapy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.


Requirements
