The position requires regular coordination with LGUs and government offices, monitoring inspections, and maintaining an accurate compliance tracking system to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely renewal of business permits, clearances, certificates, and other operational licenses as required.

B. Government Liaison & Field Operations

  • Conduct regular field work and follow-ups with LGUs (City/Municipal Hall, Barangay) and relevant regulatory agencies (e.g., BFP and other applicable offices).
  • Coordinate inspections and site visits, monitor outcomes, and work with internal teams to address compliance findings.
  • Establish professional working relationships with government offices while strictly observing ethical and compliant practices.

C. Compliance Tracking, Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain a centralized compliance tracker covering permit status, submission dates, payments, official receipts, inspection schedules, and renewal timelines.
  • Organize both physical and digital records to ensure complete, audit-ready documentation and proper version control.
  • Provide weekly progress reports outlining updates, challenges, risks, and next action items.

D. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Admin, and Finance teams to secure signatures, technical documents, site plans, payment processing, and notarization.
  • Recommend process improvements to help streamline permitting timelines and minimize compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in permits and licensing, regulatory compliance, or government coordination work in the Philippines
  • (background in construction, industrial operations, quarry/mining, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage).
  • Strong familiarity with LGUs and government procedures, including documentation and follow-up processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and Filipino.
  • Willing and able to perform extensive field work and handle document processing.

Driving Requirement (Required)

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving both a car and a motorcycle.
  • Willing to travel frequently between BGC and various government offices and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling permits for batching plants and/or quarry, sand, and aggregates operations.
  • Familiarity with common operational permits, inspections, and coordination across multiple agencies.
  • Comfortable managing notarization, courier services, and time-sensitive submissions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Transportation or fuel allowance (as applicable)
  • Stable, long-term employment with opportunities to grow into a compliance leadership role
