Job Description

  • Provide counseling and support services to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
  • Develop and implement welfare programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of OFWs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and follow-ups to ensure the satisfaction and welfare of clients.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create an effective support network for OFWs.
  • Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and services provided.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in counseling or welfare support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong counseling skills, knowledge of OFW issues, and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to provide a supportive environment for clients.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop welfare initiatives and assist in crisis intervention.
