Job Description

  • Communication: Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, managing emails, sorting mail, and handling correspondence.
  • Organization & Filing: Maintaining physical and digital files, organizing documents, records, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Scheduling: Booking appointments, meetings, conference rooms, and managing staff calendars.
  • Supply Management: Monitoring inventory, ordering, and stocking office supplies.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Inputting data, preparing basic reports, and creating documents.
  • Visitor & Client Support: Greeting visitors, verifying appointments, and providing general information.
  • Equipment Management: Operating and reporting issues with office machines (copiers, fax, etc.).
  • Financial Support (Basic): May involve basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, or processing invoices.
